• Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule scheduled consultations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

Telehealth Consultations:

Telehealth consultations are conducted with the same professionalism and confidentiality standards as in person sessions are.

• We will endeavor to have a stable internet connection, but if the connection is disrupted due to our connection, we will discuss a plan with you prior to your consultation or at the time of your scheduled consultation. You are equally responsible for having a stable internet connection. We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control.

Health and Personal information:

All personal and health information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.

Health information is collected with your consent and used solely for homeopathic purposes.

Products and Remedies:

Homeopathic Remedies:

• Remedies are usually prepared from an animal, plant or mineral substance. They are prepared in registered labs according to the Homeopathic pharmocopeia.

• Remedies are prepared according to traditional homeopathic principles. Remedies are prepared through a system of taking the original substance and diluting and succussing (vigorous shaking) it according to the laws of remedy preparation.

• Remedies are not intended to replace medical treatments.

Homeopathic Product Sales:

• Products are sold for personal use only.

• Dosage instructions must be followed as provided.

• You understand that remedies (single, blends, kits etc.) cannot be sold without a consultation.
