Shipping:

We make all First Aid Kits to order in our Australian based dispensary - The Drop Dispensary. We ask for up to 7 days to prepare and ship your item/s unless stated otherwise.

All kits are shipped via Australia Post services. Australia Post will send through tracking information on email once the kit has been shipped. Australia Post is our national service provider. 

Unless Express Post is selected, for all standard delivery - generally no signature is required on delivery and therefore you authorise the post services to leave your order in a safe place.  

As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you adhere to local post office collection timeframes/deadlines. If the order is not collected from the local post office within the timeframe, a new shipment cost will be billed to the customer to ship a new kit.  

Preorders:

Pre orders will have an estimated shipment date listed in the product description. Please refer to this and any communication we have with you in regards to your pre order shipment.
