Due to homeopathic processing principles, remedies are always personally made to order. We cannot reuse or redistribute remedies if they are returned to our dispensary. We cannot guarantee their handling or safety in this instance; therefore we do not allow for returns or change of mind purchases.

Consultation fees are also non-refundable.

We acknowledge that there are at times damages that may occur in shipping. We will require proof of damages in order to process a new shipment to you.
